Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

 

1. "What is your processing time for orders?"

Our processing time is up to 5 business days, however we try to have all orders posted within 2-3 business days.  

 

2. "Do you offer wholesale?"

Yes! We currently stock our products in a few businesses and have a few more on the way! If you are interested, please send us an email via Contact Us and I can send you our wholesale price list and answer any other questions you may have.

 

3. "Do you offer custom orders or digital downloads?"

We may be able to! If you are wanting a custom item or one of our products in a digital format, please send us an email via Contact Us letting me know the custom item or digital product you are wanting!

 

4. "You don't ship to my country, what do I do?"

Please send us an email via Contact Us and include the country you're located in. I may be able to create a custom quote for postage to your country.

 

5. "I need help with my order, what do I do?"

We are always here to help! Please send us an email via Contact Us with any queries you have. 

 

6. "I want to know more about the owner, Amber!"

Here are some extra facts about me... I am currently in my final semester of university studying a Bachelor of Psychology. I am hoping to continue on to a Masters of Social Work so that I can become a mental health social worker. In addition to running a small business I also work part time as a retail supervisor.

I absolutely love arts & craft, reading and drawing!

In February 2021 I opened my first online store called Fidget Toys AU selling a range of fidget toys and sensory items. After 2 years I had to close the shop because I couldn't balance the increasing workload as a first year university student and the demands of running a business.

 

7. "Do you offer refunds or exchanges?"

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind

Refunds and exchanges will only be offered if you believe an item has arrived faulty. We hope that this is highly unlikely as each item is carefully quality-checked and packaged with before postage. However, if you do believe your item arrived faulty, please send us an email explaining what the issue is. You must also include photo evidence and your full name or order number.

 

8. "Can I track my order?"

Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number - please allow up to 5 business days to receive an email with your tracking number. If you're still having trouble finding it , please send us an email via Contact Us with your order number and we will send you a copy of your tracking number.
