Welcome to our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).

Hopefully you will find that this section answers your curious questions about Reminders by Amber! 

 

1. "What is your processing time for orders?"

Our processing time is up to 5 business days, but we try to have all orders posted by 2-3 business days. The reason our processing time is slightly longer than some other businesses is because our products are handmade solely by myself.

 

2. "Do you offer wholesale?"

Yes! We definitely do offer wholesale. We currently stock our products in a few businesses and have a few more on the way! If you are interested, please send us an email via the Contact Us section and we can send you our wholesale price list and answer any other questions you may have.

 

3. "Do you offer custom orders or digital downloads?"

Yes! If you are wanting a custom product or one of our current products in a digital format, please send us an email via the Contact Us section letting us know the custom or digital products you are after!

 

4. "You don't ship to my country, what do I do?"

We can most likely make something work for you! For example, we could offer the products you are wanting as a digital download, or I could create a custom quote for postage to your country. Please send us an email via the Contact Us section to discuss the best options to fit you.

 

5. "I need help with my order, what do I do?"

Please don't stress, we are always here to help! Please send us an email via the Contact Us section with any questions you have. We will aim to reply within 48 hours.

 

6. "Who is Amber? I want to know more about them!"

To hear a little bit about me (Amber), please head over to the About Us section! But let me share some other facts about me... I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology and I am hoping to continue on to Masters so that I can become a psychologist or counsellor. A side from running a small business, I have two part-time jobs which include being a mental health peer worker and a retail shop supervisor. I absolutely love all things arts and craft! Lastly, I use to run a different small business in 2021 called Fidget Toys AU which sold a huge variety of fidget toys and sensory items (I eventually closed down because I couldn't keep up with the orders whilst also studying as a first-year university student!) 

 

7. "Do you offer refunds or exchanges?"

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for 'change of mind' purchases. 

Refunds and exchanges will only be offered if you believe your product arrived faulty. We hope that this is highly unlikely as each product is handmade carefully and thoughtfully and packaged up with lots of protection before postage. However, if you do believe your product is faulty, you must send us an email with photo evidence, your name/order number and what the issue is.

 

8. "How can I track my order?"

Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you are having trouble finding the email or the tracking number, please send us an email via the Contact Us section letting us know your name and order number, and we will send you your tracking number. All orders are posted via Australia Post.
