This notepad provides a place to jot down the ever-growing thoughts that are on your mind before heading to bed (and the thoughts that pop up whilst you’re trying to sleep)! By offloading your thoughts onto this notepad, you’re able to sleep with a clear mind, and make sense of them in the morning!

The notepad is A6 (10.5cm by 14.8cm). There are 50 pages to fill, made from 100gsm paper and backed with a sheet of cardboard.
