The Body Image Affirmation Cards are a set of 36 cards. Each card has a gentle and comforting affirmation related to body image and mental health.
The cards can be helpful for those struggling with body image or in recovery from an eating disorder.
The cards are handmade. They have been printed, laminated, hole punched, and combined with a metal hinged ring. The mirror on each card has been hand drawn by myself.
