The Calm Buddi Turtle is a pocket-sized tactile grounding tool which can be helpful for anxiety relief, sensory input, and harm reduction.
The turtle has a spiky inner shell which can be used as a grounding tool, and provide strong sensory input. The opposite surface of the shell is a smooth curved texture which can be used as a soothing tool, and provide a calming sensation.

Been looking for a reasonably priced calm buddi and I’m super happy to find one + with instock color options!! I don’t have a lot of feeling in my fingertips, so the painstim part of the turtle is helpful. Plus the worry stone soothes my finger after that and it covers pins! Super lovely!

I like that I can have it on my lanyard for work and its discreet when needing a sensory item in my hand to play with. I also lend it to my patients when they are feeling distressed and dysregulated.
