The ‘Challenging the Anxiety’ notepad features 4 guided prompt questions that encourage you to reflect, challenge the anxiety and explore alternative perspectives. Underneath the guided prompt questions there is a checklist of coping skills.
Each notepad comes with an 'Example' sheet which shows an example of how you can use notepad.
The notepad is A5 size and has 50 pages (pastel coloured). The backing of the notepad is a thick recycled cardboard.
