The Coping Skill Cards feature 15 different coping skills to help you navigate and cope through difficult moments. Each card offers clear, actionable skills that can be easily integrated into your daily routine, whether your facing stress, anxiety, low mood, or overwhelming emotions. On the back of each card there is a description of the skill and when it can be helpful to use. The card set also include 4 blank cards at the back for you to write any other skills you can use.
The Coping Skill Cards are compact and portable, you can take them anywhere - keep them in your bag, on your desk or by your bedside for easy access when you need them. They are perfect for personal use, therapy sessions or as a thoughtful gift.
