The Coping with Urges Cards features a variety of coping strategies, statements and reminders to help you navigate self harm urges and difficult emotions.
The card set includes 4 different (colour coded) sections, these include the introduction reminder cards, the alternative coping strategies, the coping statements, and cards on creating a safe environment.
The card set is compact and easy to carry - they can be kept in your bag or at home for access when you need support.
