Daily Routine Cards - Predesigned Sets

These daily routine cards allow you to create your own structured morning and/or night routines. They are perfect daily reminders for implementing and following your routine. The daily routine cards can be used by flipping through the card set ‘step-by-step’, with each card prompting a specific task within your routine, such as brushing your teeth or eating dinner.

The Daily Routine Cards are available in a morning routine card set, night routine card set, morning & night routine bundle card set, additional daily tasks card set, and the complete daily routine card set (which includes all 3 sets - morning, night & additional daily tasks).

Morning routine set includes: have a shower or bath, make my bed, get dressed, eat breakfast, brush my teeth, take my medication, pack my bag, prepare my food, brush my hair, plan for the day, prepare/complete medical health checks, tidy up my space, get some fresh air, do some mindful movement, check my emails, put on some music, eat a snack and feed my pets. Night routine set includes: have a shower or bath, put my pajamas on, complete my house chores, do my homework/study, eat my dinner, have some alone time, brush my teeth, wash my hair, do my skincare, take my medication, plan for tomorrow, eat a snack, 'unplug', dim the lights, put my devices on charge, do some journalling, have a hot drink, read a book, and go to bed. Additional daily tasks set includes: eat my lunch, put my devices on charge, refill water bottle, prepare to leave my house, leave my house, run my errands, eat a snack, care for my pets, sensory and/or stim time, school drop-off, and school pick-up. (11 cards)

The dimensions of the cards are 9cm x 7cm which are the perfect size to fit in your hand and carry around with you. The cards have been printed on 300gsm cardstock with a matt laminate. The cards have rounded corners and have been combined using a 3mm hinged metal ring. The hinged metal ring can be opened easily to change the order of the routine cards if you need.
