Eating Disorder Recovery Reminder Cards

The Eating Disorder Recovery Reminder cards are helpful for those struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating, dieting and/or body image issues. The cards help you to challenge and reframe unhelpful thoughts and beliefs and provide helpful, uplifting and rational reminders. 

There are 22 cards in the set, including some double-sided cards (with information on both sides). Each card covers a common area of struggle amongst those with an eating disorder, disordered eating, dieting issues and/or body image issues.

The different topics covered include:
The Eating Disorder (ED) voice, body image, weight/ weight gain, comparing yourself, losing motivation, hunger & appetite, doubt, fullness & bloating, thoughts to restrict, exercise & movement, body affirmations, food groups (two cards), bad days, setbacks & lapses, trying on clothes, at the beach or pool, tips  for before meal times, tips for after meal times, social outings, overwhelm, thought challenging and reframing, alternative nutritional facts label, additional reminder statements, ideas to help with body image, my supports (card to write on) and a reach out card.

The card dimensions are 12cm x 8.5cm.
The cards have been printed on 300gsm cardstock with a matte laminate. The cards have rounded corners and have been combined using a 3mm hinged metal ring.
