A simple and discreet, yet powerful way to communicate how you’re feeling, without needing to verbally talk. The wristband allows you to express how you’re feeling with just one flip (without needing to take it on and off).
The material of the wristband is sensory-friendly, made with a stretchy elastic and soft, breathable fabric that sits comfortably on the skin. Unlike silicone wristbands, it does not pinch your skin, stick to your skin, or pull on arm hairs.
It has been intentionally designed to be simple and discreet - each side has a plain, solid colour (red and green) with a small black + white face symbol (🙂 and 🙁). So, whether your with family, a support worker or friends, or at work, school or home, the Feelings Communication Wristband offers an easy, non-verbal way for you to communicate your feelings with just one flip.
All wristbands include 1x communication card which can be used as an additional aid to help you communicate with others, or as a way to introduce to people how your wristband works and what each side means. The card comes in a re-sealable, waterproof plastic sleeve which can be easily attached to a lanyard. *Additional cards can be purchased separately.
SIZING
Small (16cm | 6.3in) — suitable for most children 4yrs+ or adults with small wrists
Medium (18.5cm | 7.3in) — suitable for adults
Large (20cm | 7.9in) — suitable for adults with larger wrists
*TIP for sizing: If you’re stuck on what size to get, wrap a string/ribbon around your wrist (make sure to leave some extra room for comfort), then mark the ribbon with a pen or finger and take it off your wrist. Then, use a ruler to measure the length of the ribbon (from the beginning to the marked point) to get an estimate of your wrist size.
