The Imperfect Range includes any products that are 'not so perfect', meaning that they aren't up the usual standard, at a significantly reduced price (usually 50% off)!
Some imperfections in products can include minor marks/dents in the cards or notepad paper, paper in notepads that is not aligned perfected or missing 1-2 of the sheets, cards that have not been cut as straight as usual, printing errors such as colour errors in printing, old designs that have been updated, etc.
When purchasing from the imperfect range you cannot expect products that are up the usual, high standards. By purchasing from this range, you are agreeing to receive the product you select with imperfections, therefore no refund will be made for these imperfections.
